Technique center directed by president of Tianjin Wanhua is equipped with high quality testing instrument for physical and chemical performance of BOPET film, and various advanced testing instruments, supporting for manufacture. Technique center consists of three departments i.e. Information Research Department, Film Develop Department, Intelligent Meters Develop Department.
      The Information Research Department is mainly collecting and analyzing industrial information from all over the world, providing latest information for products. The Film Develop Department is mainly engaged in developing new products and new processing of film; The Intelligent Meters Develop Department is embarked on developing new process and new electronic meters.

      Tianjin Wanhua has two Biaxially Oriented Polyester (BOPET) film lines made by Brückner company in German, a leading technology in the world. In view of excellent mechanical, surface, barrier, optical and electrical performance, BOPET films are widely used for printing and packaging, electric insulation, decorating, photo industries etc.
      The other kind of competitive products are various sorts of intelligent electronic meters. The electronic meters include intelligent electricity meter, intelligent heat meter, intelligent cold/hot water meter, intelligent gas meter, intelligent electronic products, environmental protection products, one card and one net measuring system.
